This Refund Policy applies to credits and subscriptions purchased on BetterLearn, operated by StoresWiki LLC.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues to the end of the current period. Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable once the period has started. For annual plans you may request a pro-rata refund of the unused full months within 14 days of a renewal charge, absent abuse.

2. Credit packs

Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no more than a nominal number of credits have been consumed. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

3. How to request

Email [email protected] with your account and the charge in question. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights you may have under Italian/EU law.
