These Terms of Service govern your use of BetterLearn (the "Service"), operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BetterLearn is an AI learning platform that generates quizzes, lesson plans, rubrics and study resources from PDFs and topics, using a credit and/or subscription model.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for teachers, schools and students; minors should use it under the supervision of a school or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or content you do not have the right to use.
Do not misuse the AI features to generate prohibited content or to violate academic-integrity rules of your institution.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or distributing it.

4. Credits, subscriptions & billing

Paid credits and subscription plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Credits are consumed as you use AI features.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you upload and, subject to the AI providers' terms, to the output you generate. The Service software, design and trademarks remain owned by StoresWiki LLC.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service and AI output are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoresWiki LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Catania (CT), Italy have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
